Goal(s)

Work on direction with the goal of passing ground poles.
Create beautiful curves, achieve perfect circles, and regain good straightness between circles. Successfully change your position relative to the horse while continuing the exercise.

Process

As with the first "level" of the clover, the entire exercise is described here on the left hand, but it can also be done very well on the right hand. While leading the horse in long reins, pass a ground pole, make a circle to the left, and approach the next pole. Repeat the process to pass the 4 poles and make the 4 circles. In each "straight line / ground pole passage" phase, position yourself behind the horse. In each circle phase, aim to position yourself at the center of the circle, or 3/4 behind the horse, depending on your objectives.

Difficulties

Managing the passage of ground poles + circles + your position relative to the horse.
