Goal(s)

Work on your stability (heels down, upper body, soft hands) over a small single fence.

Process

Approach the fence at the trot, maintain a fixed two-point position (do not sit back in the saddle after the jump).
Hold your jumping position for 2-3 strides after the fence.

Difficulties

Maintaining your position after the fence.
You must stay balanced in your two-point for 2-3 strides after the jump, without sitting up immediately. Not easy, especially if your leg isn’t anchored or if you lose your center of gravity on landing.
