Goal(s)
Be able to guide through a sequence of jumps
Process
Start by working on the straight line with 5 strides, maintaining regularity and staying centered (straightness)
Then do the same on the curved line with cones
Next, work on the diagonal line with cones
Finally, combine all four challenges in a sequence.
All lines (curved and straight) are spaced 20m apart (which corresponds to 5/6 strides). The diagonal line, if well positioned, should come back to about 3/4 strides.
The cones are there to assist with direction but should be removed for the final sequence of all challenges.
Difficulties
Fluidity, straightness, centering, framing, and approaches
