Goal(s)
Learn to be precise in your line and to approach, jump, and land straight.
Process
Set up two poles in a point (V-shape). Each pole should be supported by blocks or cavaletti. Then add the next two poles in line (you can add ground poles at the end to increase the number of strides).
You can then ride the fence in different ways.
Difficulties
Start by jumping angled fences before attempting this exercise.

Jumping | Easy
The horse will settle into the ground poles, and this repetition will help him develop a regular stride followed by an easy jump. This setup will require riders to become invisible and simply feel the sensations of a good approach, maintaining the balance of the canter.
