Goal(s)
To be comfortable and proficient when riding circles and voltes.
Process
Begin by trotting from marker F towards marker K on the right rein, then perform a half-volte at E, maintaining the trot. At E, pick up canter and ride a large circle at B. At the end of the circle at B, transition back to trot, then ride a diagonal across the arena with a halt in the middle of the centerline.
Difficulties
The main challenges are: accuracy of the track, maintaining correct gaits, and the use of the inside leg and inside rein aids when riding circles and turns.
